There is an outcry in the Daily Wail about European Nationals working in the UK.
There is also a feeling of unease expressed by the Trade Unions, in that the situation will lead to a lowering of wages caused by market forces. (Willingness of European Nationals to work for less) .
Strange bed bellows indeed.
Even stranger is the lack of comment on the subject by the City and the CBI.

Pro The Mail always goes on about that stuff. It's been an issue for several years now so they've come in on it a bit late if they haven't mentioned it before. They're right though, it will lead to issues as employers will obviously employ people who will do the same work for lower wages, so the result has to be either increased unemployment or lower wages. And who reckons it will lead to lower prices for th consumer.....no chance.
This is just one facet of globalization. The money from the rich countries will start to flow away to the poor countries.
